Recently, the Alibaba Cloud service has been active in the cryptocurrency segment, cooperating with many specialized companies. However, the strategic partnership with Avalanche allowed Alibaba Cloud to finally break into the crypto community to accelerate support for Web3 technologies.
On Friday, Dec. 2, Avalanche announced that it was connecting the Alibaba Cloud service to its public blockchain to keep validators running and provide all the necessary infrastructure. According to the official statement, this strategic partnership will allow users to form validation nodes through the service in order to access computing and storage resources through the Alibaba Cloud product suite.
To strengthen the Avalanche ecosystem, new network members who want to run validators will be able to use the Plug-and-pay infrastructure from Alibaba Cloud. Also, application developers will have access to additional cloud storage to support their software during peak demand periods in order to keep up with user activity.
The specialists emphasized that Alibaba Cloud will offer loans to Avalanche network developers for their products and services. According to experts, the strategic partnership with Avalanche will allow Alibaba to make significant progress in the cryptocurrency industry.
