Video cards have plummeted in price after Ethereum – the second largest cryptocurrency – abandoned mining algorithms. According to The South China Morning Post, in the PRC market – one of the largest – the cost of RTX 3080 video cards dropped by 60%. If earlier their cost was 8,000 yuan, now it is 5,000.
