On the OpenSea platform, the minimum coin price is 0.038 ETH ($60 at the current exchange rate). At the same time, the most expensive asset at number 19,201 is worth 1920.1 ETH ($ 3 million).

The trading volume of the Satoshi Island Citizenship NFT has already reached $237,506. The tokens give the right to purchase land plots located on Lataro Island, which is located off the east coast of Australia and will be renamed in honor of the creator of bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto.
Contrary to the name of the NFT series, the coins do not give the right to visit and reside on the island under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Vanuatu. However, there is a visa-free regime for Russians, which allows them to stay in this country for up to 90 days over a period of 180 days.
Given the number of NFTs, it becomes clear that the total number of citizens of the island with an area of 300 hectares will be 21,000. Now it is almost completely covered by rainforests, but the developer is going to turn a piece of land lost in the ocean into a smart city with offices and apartment buildings.
