Blockscale ASIC Will Deliver Hash Rates Up To 580 GH/s With 26 J/TH Power Efficiency
Intel has announced the release of a new chip designed for bitcoin mining. It will hit the market in the third quarter of 2022 and will be called the Intel Blockscale ASIC.
Each Blockscale ASIC chip will provide hash rates up to 580 GH/s with an energy efficiency of 26 J/TH. The main qualities of the chip are declared stability and energy efficiency.
Earlier, the Ministry of Finance called the introduction of a ban on household mining in Russia senseless. Alexei Yakovlev, Deputy Director of the Financial Policy Department of the Ministry, emphasized that it is also necessary to focus on the development of industrial mining.
