It is highly likely that the microblogging service has entirely linked its development strategy with the crypto industry. Last week, Twitter began testing NFTs as user profile images. Tesla CEO Elon Musk reacted violently to this decision of the messenger. He said that Twitter is wasting resources to implement NFT support, while the platform has more important problems, such as combating fraudulent bots.
Recently, Twitter founder Jack Dorsey announced plans to launch the Bitcoin Legal Defense Fund. Volunteers and lawyers of the organization promise to provide legal support to the developers of the Bitcoin blockchain.
