Malware can be downloaded automatically
Overall, this malware poses a huge risk to Telegram usersthat depend on the automatic download function built into the application. After receiving the file, the malware is automatically downloaded to the device without the user’s knowledge.
After that, victims are not required to launch or close any applications; the virus will simply be able to access the computer and take screenshots.
The malware file is called «Smokes night», and experts warned that people should be careful when dealing with this malware, as it can also obtain information about wallets that are not related to storing cryptocurrency. In addition, users are advised to disable the automatic download in your Telegram profile.
Cryptocurrency theft is on the rise
